lo444 Terms & Conditions — Player Agreement

2.1 Minimum Age

Access to and use of lo444 is strictly limited to individuals who are aged 18 years or older at the time of registration. By creating an Account, you expressly represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. lo444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle, including but not limited to at the time of the first withdrawal request, upon detection of any age-related flag during account review, or as part of a routine compliance audit.

If age verification documents are requested, acceptable forms of identification include: a valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission, a valid passport, or a valid driver's licence. Documents must be submitted in clear, legible form within the timeframe specified in the verification request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe will result in temporary suspension of the Account pending review.

2.2 Underage Accounts

Where lo444 has reasonable grounds to believe, or receives credible information indicating, that an Account holder is under 18 years of age, lo444 will immediately suspend the Account, withhold all pending withdrawals, and initiate a formal age verification investigation. If the Account is confirmed to belong to a person under 18, the Account will be permanently closed, all deposits will be returned to the original payment method used for deposit, and all winnings, bonuses, and accumulated balance will be permanently forfeited. lo444 will not be liable for any losses incurred by an underage individual or their guardian as a result of underage gambling activity conducted in breach of this Agreement.

2.3 Geographic Eligibility

lo444 makes its services available to players in Bangladesh on the understanding that each Player has independently verified that their use of the platform is lawful under applicable local laws and regulations. lo444 does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that use of the platform is legal in any specific jurisdiction. Players from territories where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to register or use lo444. lo444 reserves the right to restrict access from specific territories at any time without prior notice.

2.4 Responsible Use of Eligibility

By confirming your eligibility at registration, you accept sole personal responsibility for ensuring that your continued use of lo444 remains lawful under the laws of your country of residence. If your jurisdiction's laws change in a manner that renders your continued use of lo444 unlawful, you are obligated to cease using the platform and to contact [email protected] to request account closure.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the full range of lo444 services, including making deposits, placing wagers, and requesting withdrawals, you must register a personal Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and a valid contact method. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly if any details change.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active lo444 Account at any given time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise additional accounts — whether in the same name, a different name, or via a third party — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, lo444 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, withhold balances pending investigation, and permanently close all but the original verified account. Bonus funds claimed across duplicate accounts may be permanently forfeited.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

lo444 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with its anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention obligations. You may be asked at any time — and will typically be asked before your first withdrawal is processed — to provide one or more of the following: a government-issued photo identification document, proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months), and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account confirming the registered mobile number).

KYC verification requests must be completed within 30 days of the request date. Accounts on which KYC verification remains incomplete after 30 days may be suspended for deposits, wagers, and withdrawals until verification is finalised. lo444 will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from delays caused by incomplete KYC submissions.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lo444 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. lo444 will treat any activity conducted through your Account as authorised activity by you, unless you have reported unauthorised access to [email protected] before the activity in question occurred. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify lo444 immediately.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register an Account and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for lo444's welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a minimum qualifying deposit, a wagering requirement, eligible game contributions, and an expiry period as specified in the welcome bonus terms communicated at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available to each new player once only and may not be claimed by existing account holders who open a new account.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds issued by lo444 — including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin winnings, cashback awards, and tournament prizes — are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game types, and time limits for each promotion are specified in the individual promotion's terms. Where a Player requests a withdrawal before the wagering requirement has been met, lo444 reserves the right to remove any outstanding Bonus Funds and associated winnings from the Account balance before processing the withdrawal of real-money funds.

5.3 Promotion Eligibility

lo444 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Unless otherwise stated, promotions are available to verified Bangladesh-based players in good standing. Players who are self-excluded, under active account restrictions, or whose accounts are under investigation are not eligible to participate in any promotional offer during that period.

5.4 Abuse of Promotions

lo444 actively monitors for promotional abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms; use of automated tools or bots to fulfil wagering requirements; and collusion between multiple players to extract bonus value. Where promotional abuse is detected, lo444 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, suspend or permanently close the relevant Account, and recover any amounts paid out in connection with abusive activity.

5.5 Amendment and Withdrawal of Promotions

lo444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already opted in, lo444 will honour the terms that were in place at the time the Player opted in, provided that the Player has not violated the promotion's terms.

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your lo444 Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to the standard KYC and withdrawal verification process. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

7.2 Suspension by lo444

lo444 reserves the right to suspend an Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) a breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected or confirmed; (b) KYC documentation has been requested but not provided within the required timeframe; (c) unusual transaction activity triggers an AML or fraud review; (d) a chargeback or payment dispute has been filed by the Player or their payment provider; or (e) a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requires account restriction.

During a suspension period, the Player will not be able to deposit, wager, or withdraw. lo444 will communicate the reason for suspension where permitted to do so under applicable law and will endeavour to resolve the suspension investigation within a reasonable timeframe.

7.3 Permanent Closure by lo444

In cases of confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, confirmed fraud, confirmed underage gambling, or where a Player has been permanently self-excluded at their own request, lo444 will permanently close the Account. Upon permanent closure due to breach, all balances — including real-money deposits, Bonus Funds, and pending winnings — may be forfeited in their entirety. lo444 will communicate the closure and its basis to the Account holder in writing.

7.4 Self-Exclusion Closure

Players who wish to permanently self-exclude from lo444 for responsible gaming reasons may request permanent account closure via [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Upon self-exclusion, the Account is closed and the Player is added to lo444's internal exclusion registry. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after the standard withdrawal verification process. lo444 will make reasonable efforts to ensure that self-excluded players do not receive marketing communications after their exclusion is confirmed.
